Documentation for Your Nassau Wedding: To ensure a smooth and legal marriage process in Nassau, please gather and submit the following documents at least 15 days before your wedding date:

- Cruise Ship Documentation (if applicable): If arriving by cruise ship, provide a letter from the purser/captain confirming your arrival, along with your ship boarding card.
- Proof of Marital Status (if applicable): Certified copies of divorce decrees, dissolution decrees, or death certificates of previous marriages are required if either party was previously married.

- Cancellations with Ample Notice: If you provide notice of cancellation more than two weeks before your wedding date, you will receive a 50% refund of your package cost.
- Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made within two weeks of your wedding date are non-refundable. This is due to the commitments we’ve already made to vendors and services on your behalf.
